Camping At Lake Vernon

We ventured out to Vernon Reservoir last weekend with Uncle Randy and Aunt Becky. I forgot to take my camera, so a big thanks to Becky for saving me! We took our new, well new to us, trailer out and it was so nice to have the additional room! Jon ended up sleeping in the top bunk with JD, so cozy! The boys had fun fishing and riding the 4-wheeler with Brandi. Fred (Shawn), my cousin was in town from Nebraska and came out with us Friday night it was nice seeing him again.

Day Out On Uncle Randy's "Ship"

We ventured out to Utah Lake today, and Jon & I got FrIEd! Now that's it's nine o'clock at night it's really starting to burn, and honestly I am afraid of the pain I am going to feel in the shower tonight! Thanks to sunscreen and life-jackets the boys didn't get too much sun! JD & Jaxon had lots of fun on the boat, or on Uncle Randy's "Ship", as Jaxon was refering to it all the way home. We couldn't keep JD out of the tube, and Jaxon enjoyed his rides on the tube, but also enjoyed his time watching over the bow of the boat. Another fun weekend with the Rafiner's!

First Camping Outing For 2008

This weekend Becky & Randy invited us to go out to Vernon Reservoir and camp for the weekend. The boys had tons of fun fishing, and riding on the 4-Wheeler and Paddle Boat with Brandi & Brady. The weather was really cooperative on Sunday evening, but it rained all night Sunday night. Thanks to Randy and Becky for inviting us out, and JD & Jaxon say thank you again to Brandi for all the Paddle Boat Rides & 4-Wheeler Rides!

A Day Out With Thomas...

Today was finally the day that Thomas The Tank Engine arrived in Heber. JD has been counting down the days for over a month. We got up early, picked up Grandma Pat and JD was the first person in line to board Thomas. The boys had a lot of fun, even though it was wet and rainy all day long!

Cute Dinner Idea!

So I was searching recipes online yesterday and found this one to try.

They're called Mini-Pizza's, and they're so much fun!
You take English Muffins, (or bagels), put Pizza Sauce on them, and let your kids add whatever toppings they want and a bunch of cheese. Then cook 'em for 10 minutes at 350.

They're great tasting, easy, and cheap, (buying all of the ingredients only cost me about $12.00) and the kids love the fact that they made their own Pizza!

Marci's Weight Loss Blog

I have decided to loose the extra 30 pounds that have been clinging to my mid-section for the past few years. In order to keep track of where I am and where I want to be 3 months from now I have created my "Bye-Bye 30 Pounds" blog-site. Feel free to check it often to see where I am at! Wish Me Luck!
